This was only my second training event, so I am by no means an authority on them but speaking for myself, I did learn alot. It was good practice binding and the snipers were especially helpful because I am not used to listening for the attack and putting my rune back on. Someone nailed me almost everything I binded...(Joe???) but I got to where I expected it and reacted quicker.
I also thought there was too much goofy around and that the leaders had much more patience that I think I would of had.

If im completely honest, tanking practice like this is a complete waste of time, you get absolutely fuck all from it, if you cant tank 10 people when your ready to be attacked, its not like its a surprise, then your shouldnt be in a pk clan, cause you most certainly cant tank 30 or 40 people. So thats pointless, just a waste of time running around avoiding a few hits.

Also the event if boring as hell, you DONT have to turn up, its not mandatory, yet people do to help others, so you should stop complaining about others being active and 'Having a laugh' and concentrate on those who are to lazy to even come.

It doesn't matter how boring it is, one of your superiors told you to stop what you were doing yet you did not. Just because a meeting at your job is boring and pointless it doesn't mean you have the right to jump on the tables and throw papers around.

Runescape is a game not a job.

Runescape is by choice not by force.

I play for fun, nothing else.

Is there any reason you go to boring events like this? Is there any reason you try to make money? Runescape isn't fun most of the time, it's a lot of boring, hard work and that's why a lot of people hate the game. Why do we do all these boring things? Because they lead to fun things. This event was another one of those boring things that can lead to fun things, like winning wars.

If all you want to do is have fun, why not join an NH clan and kill skillers? Don't take this as me asking you to leave, I'm just saying that in a clan sometimes you have to sacrifice fun for others.

Like i said previously, i go to help the clan, i dnt have to, it doesn't benifit me in the slightest. I dont make money, so no i dont do the boring stuff.

If it was about hard work and boring stuff, i wouldnt play, look at my skills, i dont see too much boring stuff dont there? qp, 187, not much borng stuff done there.

Tankin practice is not a boring event that will lead to another, a war is a totally different event, people look good tanking a group of 10 people at CWA, go to a war and get koed by 30, then they get moaned at for not tanking, CANT LEARN SHIT TANKING 10 PEOPLE.

I dont see the fun in NH pking, but i see you clearly do so why dont YOU join instead of trying to give me advice on how to enjoy a 'game'

This went from debating a topic to making personal insults, even though I have much wrong with what you said, I'm not going to respond to this topic anymore to prevent flaming and drama.

Looks to me like people are trying to take a legitimate topic and turning it around into flame baiting.

It's as simple as if its a serious event act serious, if it's an event you can mess around then do it then.

lmao That's cause maybe you are part turkey?

If I had that emote, do you think I could get away with it just as they all piled me?

The slaughter of the turkey. Their would be a great pic for RSC.

But seriously guys go back and read what Kathy said on this thread. Your coming to the event for her. Keep her view in your mind when you come to war training or you don't.

I need you guys to come to war practice when I'm there. I have been in this clan for a year now. So not just the new people need the practice either. Did you ever consider that maybe it is helpful to not only the clan but to the raid leaders too? Every time we practice, they also practice leading. It may just give them fresh ideas or way of helping a struggling member.

Your part of a family here, sometimes you have to vacum, do the dishes, or take out the trash. Just our events are the family chores mixed in with the fun like movies, ice cream and birthday parties. Now suck it up and be good to your family and kick in and be helpful or next time you want ice cream maybe all you get is a puddle of milk.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”

I'm with you Str.
Its annoying when random people goof around. If they want to mess around , they should make a "fun-binding-game" or some shit. A war practice doesn’t have to be fun, its
made to help the less experienced get a bit better by tasting a slim version of a war.

As to people trying to fuck it up by acting lame, dude. you don't HAVE to be there. So don't show just for the attendance, because in the end. THAT is the only reason you go, being there because it shows good on the boards, while contributing SHIT.

So jack off before a practice, get some stress vented. then actually focus on the few that DO gain experience from this.
