I always think of event leaders and raid leaders as equals in the staff. Those all need to be treated the same as council. Only huge difference is that when I have an issue that seems to not be fixable in pm or out of hand. I go to council. Anyone looking down or mistreating event leaders is doing a huge injustice to the clan. If it was done in fun like BTO, I'm sure it was not intended to hurt anyone. Im with the others on this 1 at first it was kinda funny then it got to a point were i was told i cant do anything or to shut up because i am event leader. At this point its kinda being taken just too far and gets annoying. Also in future when no one else wants to be event leader in the future let it be known that this is why and that is because every1 has seen how event leaders get abused. --------------------   | ||||

Sorry Bam, if he was really crying out for attention then why do the other three event leaders seem to agree with him? Its not a cry, its obviously very serious to all of them. Also, if it was a harmless joke then why are they offended? Clearly not harmless. Yes it sounds petty and stupid, but I'm sure there are small things that, when said to you, can turn you upside down and piss you off to no end. This is no different. If someone says stop, you stop. End of story. I learned this the hard way at work, and ended up having someone yell at me in front of the whole store, because they were just that pissed off. I wasn't around when any of this happened, but I respect all event leaders completely because they make the events that I enjoy going to. Don't get me wrong, they are equal to raid leaders, I just don't like raids as much :X --------------------  | ||||

Maybe and only MAYBE it happened one or two times that an event leader happened to be killed first, so what, it's just a coincidence, so don't make a drama out of it. People just made a joke about that coincidence and not about event leaders. or maybe it has to do something with their cmbt lvls....as we all know ppl go for lower lvls first. So maybe you should train a little more. and don't you dare talking stuff like that to me, i never made any jokes about anyone. I was here long enough to see pretty shitty things in WG. And hell, i could come up with some names from this topic who made even worse, cruel jokes about others, and that does include our curent event leaders. oh and don't get me wrong, it's not like I actually this to continue (the joking around), oh hell i really don't. I'm probably the person who hates stuff like that most, same joke over and over again. But hey i should of made 20 of rants like that.....it's just that another think i don't like is overreacting about silly things like this. Never said you made that joke yourself. Anyways, the whole point of the "Rants" part of "Suggestions, Compliments, and Rants" is to get things off your chest. Some people may feel like what they are doing is harmless, and this is the way of members letting others know its just the opposite. It may not be a big deal, and it may not even change the mind/opinions of fellow clanmates. The point is, the person posting feels a lot better that they've said what they feel is necessary. What happens after the first post is often times irrelevant to the original poster. Thats just how I feel -- When I post a rant, I don't care what happens after. I'm just glad I got it off my chest. Even best tanks can get KOed. Kingrandy0 has quite low def and his tanking vid is amazing  And i remembers myself - 99 def getting KOed by 30 nubs faster than i turned my melee prey on while warring with my friends (not telling i am a god tank).In my opinion tanking is more about luck than experience; sometime you are downed in a second and sometime you are "glitched" and you recive just 0 dmg. Dont worry if i see someone gossiping about you event leaders, i will always pretect you  --------------------  | ||||
