 Read and understood, I perfectly see where you're coming from. It was really disappointing to see how some of the council got treated in the elections and other topics.

 Just to make things clear around me. I respect everyone in this clan, any jokes I make are to entertain both me and the jokee so to speak lol. As for recruit a friend week, my friend is going to join soon he just feels like he needs to raise his combat more. I am abit inactive I admit, I'm really trying to work hard on this..  Wow, I did not have the opportunity to read the forums for a day or was it two and boom. There is a lot happening. When you first meet someone, they are the perfect stranger. They are perfect in every sense because you know almost know nothing about them. The same analogy can be used for WG. The clan members collectively are the perfect strangers perfect in every way. WG graciously allowed me to join and I have met and spoken to a number of terrific people. Now, I find that there is strife among some of the members and council. Well, I do not find that surprising since in any organization there is some friction. However, I believe that we all should make the effort to try to resolve our differences in a mature manner for the good of the group and if resolution is not possible then it is time to move on without regret and drama. I, myself, am trying to determine if I fit in and I hope I do because WG is a very special group.

However, sacrifice for the good of the group is inevitable. The skill and combat skill of the week were agility and defense. I am maxed in both so working on either was of little benefit. However, it is a skill and I hoped that my participation would encourage others to participate. Its these little sacrifices that benefit the group as a whole.

In the matter of council, I am too new to know much about the process other than what his Lordship posted. However, I am familiar with management of organizational behavior (MOB) concepts and I ask that you consider the following:
Have you ever considered selecting individuals who might be interested in council and providing them with opportunities to engage in council functions under supervision. The benefit to WG and the council would be a pool of potential candidates who are aware of their duties and who could relieve the council of some of their administrative duties in a manner similar to the executive officer on a war ship. Carrying the analogy further, the captain of a war vessel has an executive officer who has the authority to run the day to day operations of the vessel in peace and war time. The exec is in training for a future posting as captain of his or her own command. I see that there is a similarity here in possible council members for what its worth.

Also, individuals are complaining that they are not being heard. Is it possible that they do not know who to PM on council. Would it be possible to appoint a specific council member for say a month at a time available to hear problems and suggestions and by extension make that individual or another available in members in the different time zones.

Just my thoughts based on my observations. Feel free to just ignore them and so much for keeping my head low.

 I can see where you are coming from with most points Elias, I *hope* that point 2 isn't directed at my post in lvl 1, because it did offer a solution (in my eyes at least).

On the other points, well I would never go to the extent of some things that have been said about the council (I know what they have to go through neko2.gif) however I guess point #4 applies to me at the moment.... 21 days to go untill I can gaurantee activity hash.png

 I've recently noticed ive been a bit inactive with the clan....ive had alot of irl stuff going on which has contributed a bit, but its still not an excuse enough .. ill try to make more of an effort.
