I voted for the requirements to stay the same with a training requirement. I would have preferred a training agreement with an attendance kicker for doing the training a win win situation.

I voted for the requirements to stay as they are...but really I would prefer 100 to join, with no requirement for graduation. I think the individuals stats should be looked at as part of the application process, and if there is an issue, it should be resolved before the trial period.

I voted stay the same. But the thing is, I've seen things over the time I've been here to make me vote that way. If I hadn't, I could of easily been in agreement with any of the other options. Past experience is an amazing thing.

On the positive side of things, I am training to lvl 110 f2p, but at my own pace.

Anyone that watches other member's xp for any reason other than to encourage them, you are an eck13.gif

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”

In my experience, managing FAs was more of a pain than sectors. laugh.gif
