I used to always get 5 Stars but after the Paradigms, I get like 3 & 4 sometimes, it's a bit annoying 'cos I feel like I'm missing out. When I get 3 & 4 it pisses me off lol >.>. P.S. Even though the Graphics are fricken amazing (They are the best I've seen on 360 too) I feel they could be better on the PS3. I had a bit of trouble on the final boss of ch 9 but I read some guides about it and realized one huge mistake I was making, so I should be able to knock it out today. Got a bit stuck on chater 11 boss was taking so long he cast doom and couldn't knock him out. getting some money hunting chocobo trasure a bit like ff9 and doing some hunts to upgrade wepons. and now finally completed it after a week time to finish off the hunts and then get back to writing essays -------------------- Having a fight on the internet is alot like the participating in the special olympics you may win, but you're still retarded

Snow, Lightning, Hope and vanille's starting weapons are all maxed to star. p.s- WTF is with the crysarium or w/e(CP) costing so much when you go for level 3.....I mean HOLY SHIT, 6k cp per thing? thats a lot. p.s- Whats the Motherload seller thing for? Gonna do another playthrough this time, making Sazh, Snow, and Vanille superspecialists instead of just having 6 balanced characters. My main party is Lightning, Fang, and Hope. Paradigms I normally use are Relentless Assault: RAV COM RAV Mystic Tower: RAV SEN RAV Delta attack: COM SEN RAV Combat Clinic: MED SEN MED Tri-Disaster: RAV RAV RAV and Smart Bomb: RAV SAB RAV are also two REALLY fun ones to try out. Evened Odds: MED SAB SYN is also amazing for reapplying buffs and debuffs, and generally defensive play, although you have to switch to something like Delta Attack rather quickly, because at later stages, not having a sentinel for prolonged periods tends to be very bad for your health. Solidarity: COM SEN MED is probably one of the most balanced overall, great when you have to switch from Delta Attack or Mystic Tower to heal, but the situation isn't critical enough to warrant bringing in Combat Clinic and losing your accumulated chain bonus. Protection: SYN SEN MED, Matador: RAV SEN SAB, Hero's Charge: SYN COM MED, and Bully: COM SAB SYN all saw VERY occasional use throughout the story. By the way, final mark is a BITCH. But the golden pocketwatch you get is awesome, especially for getting Superstar (Beat Orphan phase 2 with 5 stars). As is the Long Gui, that one, I had to use 4 interesting paradigms, Tortoise: SEN SEN SEN, Salvation: MED MED MED, Rapid Growth: SYN SYN SYN and Infiltration: SAB SAB SAB, all just to survive. Also had to summon Odin once, which gave me a free knockdown of its legs. Might seem an odd set of paradigms, especially when the main one I used was Relentless Assault to knock down the legs, but trust me, you need those 4 to stand a chance. So yeah, probably could have beaten it 100% about 5 hours faster if I didnt spent so much time optimizing everything and analyzing party configuration etc. Probably would have beaten it about 15 hours faster if I didn't go for 100%, and just went for all marks and story complete. -------------------- Born at sea, baptized in blood your fame will never die. But I started playing again. I'm right up to the final four bosses! Probably will finish tonight, if not sometime this weekend. EDIT: So yeah, I finished. Despite all the plot holes in the game, the final cutscene was great, despite being short and not really explaining what happens to Cocoon. Its a great "feel-good" ending to it. Not gonna bother with sidequests cause thats just how I am.. FFVII Here I come! -------------------- | ||||||||
