Got bronze in 2v2 (thought I deserved higher, wackness) and silver in 3v3. But 3v3 is a bit much in Starcraft it seems, not quite as fun but I like team games in RTSs, more going on, doesn't get as boring as 1v1. Still learning some stuff. Learning to get stalkers out to prevent reaper rushes and whatnot. I hate that super early scouting you have to do in 1v1. And I still suck with Zerg. --------------------  | ||||||||

Oh and to make it better, first placement match I did I DESTROYED this kid in a TvT (I play Random). He just went mass marines, I walled off before he tried to scout, got tanks and siege tech, when medivac'd two tanks and about 15 marines into the back of his base, deployed the tanks, and yeah, he was done, then I killed off his high yield expansion. Best part is I had another 4 groups waiting in my base and he accused me of cheating lol. Really surprised I won it that fast, was prepared for a long, drawn-out fight like TvT usually is, but hey, when your opponent is retarded and accuses you of cheating and hacking because you countered him like this kid did, you deserve to lose. -------------------- Born at sea, baptized in blood your fame will never die. I really wish I could be a fan of WhiteRa, but being known as the "King of Cheese" loses massive points with me. I play random as well, I was zerg and my opponent was Terran. He struck first and hard with marines and marauders, completely taking out my lings and roaches, he started hitting into my base as I had no units, yet I was still able to pump out about 8 lings to fend off his last wave, he kept sending more and more groups nonstop , he had the rallied into my base and I just kept barely holding it off. I started to make spine crawlers, I had about 5-7 spine crawlers and just a few lings and roaches. He made a huge mistake, he didn't take out the ..thing you make mutalisks with forgot the name lol. anyway, I made 3 mutas and went to his base and destroyed all of his workers till he had 0 minerals and 0 workers while my spine crawlers kept increasing, he didn't adjust at all and when he realized his situation he gg'd and left. Have you done the challenges? In the first challenge one of the things you do is counter mutas with thors. It only takes like four of them to take out.. I dunno, maybe 25 mutas. Thors are a pretty solid unit though. Nice and multi-purposed. And in case anyone was wondering, I fucked up an early-mid game terran army with three DTs today in the middle of the map. Was very satisfying. Defensive DTs work well against terran. -------------------- | ||||||||

Yeah, ive done them, but it doesnt compare to actually doing it to someone in a game....and getting the Meatgrinder achievement  Also, for those of you playing the campaign, Fire and Fury is probably one of my favorite cinematics in a video game ever, and The Showdown is absolutely fucking amazing at the end. -------------------- Born at sea, baptized in blood your fame will never die.
