A lot of emeritus are still great members to WG. I don't think more rules or new rules are really needed for this. Just step back to a year ago and see what the rank was and get it to where it should be again. Higher + is a good rule but there will be exceptions always. Reviewing the list of emeritus is not a bad thing. Maybe base it on like 4 months not been !seen in irc and has not posted on forum. Even though they are retired, we have to have some general understanding when to move to ex members.
