Downed Thorim normal mode with like 3 mins left on Enrage... GM was discussing hard mode but after the 100+ wipes we had on him that week I doubt it. I also /gquit because of the 300g in repair bills over 2 days that the GM was solely responsible for, and the horrible leadership he had. We originally skipped Razorscale, Ignis, and Council and went straight to the Keepers. We wiped on Freya a good 20+ times, then went on to Hodir for the awesome 3 day streak of wiping until we downed him. On the 3rd day though they decided to start an hour early, and I was eating dinner. By the time I got back they had already finished the 3 starting bosses, THE ONES I HAD WAITED ALL WEEK TO DO BECAUSE ALL MY GEAR DROPS FROM THEM, and 2 of my pieces had dropped. The worst part is while I was waiting to get in the GM called a healer from offline to get in instead of me, when he KNEW I wanted in. I only got in afterward to do Hodir with a few tries at Thorim. Luckily the Lifeforge Breastplate(BoE Holy Pally Chest) dropped and no one else wanted it, so I took it. Then the GM kicked all my friends in the guild, the ones who had come from my old guild, except for me. Even though 2 of them were in top 3 DPS and one was a tank, he said he just didn't like them messing around(which they didn't really do). Sooooooo they message me saying they found a new guild which sounds promising, so I /gquit and take my new gear with me. Oh well at least I got 4 near BiS pieces out of these guys. I might have to change my name though because the old GM is hunting me for monies... lol.  You don't disrepect the best holy pally on the server and get away with it./sigh, if only I had more time I'd join the hardcore guilds who 1 shot Yogg Saron and do hard mode every week... -------------------- -=}¤- Vi Veri Veniversum Vivus Vici -¤{=-  W I N N I N G | ||||||

1d sarth 10man shouldn't be to hard imo......I was going to do it today Anyways, I switched from Arcane to frostfire again because in 25man On deconstructor(who my guild still cant get down /cry) he had 12m hp and i was out of mana gems and evocates and totally OOM... -------------------- | ||||||

Almost 1 shot iron council but we got hit by the sprinkler spell thingy after he did the tendrils thing or w/e and killed both healers. =/ bad luck So everything up to Auriaya is almost on farm in 10man, just can't get iron council one shotted yet, next is freya in 10man, hopefully we can get him down this week. over all 10man=teh shit......my guild somehow cant get 25 people together at the same time for ulduar, really sucky, we are having trouble on the deconstructor and him killing our tank.... -------------------- | ||||||

What problems are you having on Freya? Also, Hodir is WONDERFUL for casters if you know what you're doing. Haste beam + fire = delicious, both of the above + storm power = AMAZING. Toasty Fire = 50% more magic damage when the Singe debuff is stacked on Hodir. Starlight = Increased Attack/Casting speed for anyone standing in the light. Storm Power = 135% more crit damage for up to 6 people the original target touches. Flash Freeze and the Icicles dropping from the ceiling are the only things you CAN NOT STAND IN. Watch the big white/blue circles, the REALLY big ones especcially. The Flash Freeze circles you have to move to the edge of them, wait for the giant ice thing to fall, THEN have everyone stand inside them once the snow covers it up. Do that and everyone has 1337 deeps and kills hodir super fast. I finally get bored and make a paladin, no regrets so far. Currently 21 in 18 hours /played (6 or so AFK, so realistically it was 12 hours played). I'm having a blast with it. I did many low-level zones so when I got to areas like Redridge and Duskwood, I wouldn't have as much trouble. I currently have finished Westfall and Bloodmyst Isle (Which I might add is an awesome zone, even if you are not a Dranei.) I'm planning on tanking a few instances (See: VC and Stocks) for the first time. (Primary reason for making this character was to tank). End-game MTing/OTing is going to be a little stressful, but I've always wanted to try it out. Just hope I'm not responsible for all the wipes =\. I'll be 80 in a couple more months if I don't get bored. --------------------   | ||||||

freya, not having any problems other than some1 fucking up somewhere....the fights pretty easy imo, it doesnt change at all than the first 3 waves......and we can get the first 3 waves down no biggy, guess we just need a bit more time on her. Iron Council....no idea other than the tank or healer dieing randomly somewhere....again not totally sure there. We have downed him before....this week I guess were just doing shitty. Hodir i think I just need a bit more practice on since we've only tried him twice....with 10mins left in the raid -------------------- | ||||||
