priests where the reason I quit arena's. it takes them like 5 hours, but they still mana drain to no end ><

Not even sure what you mean by battlemaster.. assuming its some type of PvP achievement or something?

Surprisingly we don't have many casual players here. Most of us are either hardcore raiders or hardcore PvPers. I used to be pretty casual until WotLK, thats when I got into end-game raiding more than ever before. Currently 2/4 sigils for Algalon on 25man (unfortunately I don't have any sigils because I don't have the quest, but I've participated in and finished Thorim/Hodir HM)

Battlemaster is the battlegrounds achievement indeed, doesn't really take much skill to get, but arguably the best title in the game, many people calls it grindmaster, but most titles in the ame is grind after all, even Arena Master, noone that I know of got the title playing less than 1000 games, but that's potentially a longer discussion , I just assume it's jalousy as always since they can't get the "We had it all along *cough*" achievement.

boomkin just die really fast, how would you counter a mage/priest team? honest to god you must have some weird strats, cyclone isnt THAT amazing.


but i just got to 1600 rating w/ my priest....anything rogue or resto druid usually means we are fucked, but today we didnt loose once vs priest/rogue(omfg sheep, sheep, sheep, counterspell, zomg is the rogue dead, YES!), if that doesnt work, were fucked, o and i solo'd a disc priest w/ full mana today in arena, the rogue killed my priest(fuck 50% ms) and i killed the rogue, went invis, evocated, me vs disc priest=uber. I swear, that orangemarmalade vid i saw saves me everytime, all about the reset+20 sec dr.

other than that resto druids dont fucking die unless i can kill a druid for 21k hp w/ a missle barrage proc(rare).

but um....ive seen everything up to mimiron in ulduar.....killed everything up to auriya.
played since january as a level 1 mage.

and not gonna lie, never go to the fizzcrank server.

Mages have always been good in pvp, they have an absurdly high skillcap.

prot spec w/holy gear is uber, do it w/ a good dk and you have a nice 2s team, o, and if you can do that, find a ret pally, dk, ele shaman, and an ms warrior and you can get to like 1800 rating relatively easy from what I have heard.(beware of gay fan of knives rogues though, they are like.....your worst enemy)

but yea, mages are decent atm, we are complete fail vs good death knights though, chains of ice, deathgrip, strangulate, we die......ambush rogues rape us faster than a mut rogue too. Im arcane atm, but i was frost, frost is amazing, just takes forever to kill anything(but you become a friggen tank), my new personal favorite is arcane just b/c of the burst.
