As a side note, I just moved a whole bunch of computer parts into a new machine, and my old Dell-owned Windows XP operating system doesn't like the new motherboard it is paired with. So basically, I'm going to have to somehow get all my files off that HD to a different one, then wipe the old one, install a new OS on it, and then ttransfer all the files BACK to the old one with its new OS.
