Raids dont improve tanking, practices and wars do. If you get koed in a raid, you get a slap on the wrist. If you get koed in a matched fight, you'll feel the pressure and want to improve. If people are still getting koed, a couple of practices will help. The focus around a practice should be around individually teaching members how to tank, answering questions, and how to improve.
