You nailed it! Rick is Rick, but remember he is also an adult. One of the things about being an adult is that you get a little impatient with immature behavior and silly shows of power or power wannabes. I always thought he was just being hard on the younger members to help them develop and mature. You know a male thing. I can't say I understand him, but I do not mind him being with us. After all what can he do! It is all talk. But I respect your decision to stand up for the rules of the clan, as long as you know in your heart you are being consistently fair and not giving breaks to friends. The bulk of the clan depends on your being totaly impartial and fair. A heavy burden. So kudos to you. But I predict he will be back, Rick has a interesting love/hate for WG. I agree Brandon. WG is missing the person to set us to thinking when we do things maybe we shouldn't be doing. Like a policeman or something. I find it funny how those in retirement post here for Rick. Couldn't agree more. Its important for new (especially younger) leaders to understand rick hamm's perspective (and probably vice versa, although that's more difficult). He'll be back again and it will likely cause a lot of drama. The new leaders need to learn how to treat him. 'Why? Why should he get special treatment, everyone should be dealt with in the same way' some people may say. Well, its not a case of special treatment, its about taking the right course of action. Just because rick is a different age to most poeple here, it doesn't mean he should have to follow the same way as a teenager would. Its easy for anyone, if they try, to see it from his point of view. Being bossed around by ~17year olds takes the piss. The sort of stuff that was said by leaders in TS worked at the time, but its clear to see that rick hamm (and anyone alike) would have a lot of trouble with it, and its important for leaders to understand that (should rick try and rejoin again, which is likely). Im Sorry i can see why he'd not like being boss'd around by younger people but he should know most of Wg is younger than him, and it isn't right for him to come in Cussing them no matter what at end of day he's the Adult and therefore should be the more mature one and at times i doubt that he is. --------------------  | ||||||||

He could have access to the lobby and be ex member again. He wasn't that bad with those accesses. If you could see his warn levels some of them were just harshly done towards him. His reputation got him in more trouble than what he was actually doing. I'm not saying he didn't deserve them, but maybe that he got them at times easier than others may have. Someone in the council at the time was bias towards Rick as well. Edit: I have not talked to Rick about this at all. It is just me wanting him to come back.
