After I drag an icon onto my dock thing at the top there's still an icon on the desktop as well as the dock. How can I remove the icon from the desktop w/o deleting it?

you can either just delete the icon or right click your desktop, goto Arrange Icons By(or something like that) and uncheck Show Desktop Icons. That'll hide them all.

If you do that you can right click your taskbar and put a toolbar for your desktop so you can still access everything from there.

Redid my whole organization and such. Hope you enjoy.
The first is everything closed, the second is everything open, the third is a few applications open. I go to the bottom of the screen for half a second to see my open windows by the way.
