i understand the usefulness of mass pms but do you really need to send 9????? bit over the top?

Yeah, I agree...I got five PMs about the upcoming 2/3 fight when I had already signed up...

I would understand one for people who have already signed up as a reminder, and maybe 3 or so to those who haven't signed up but 9? or 5 even?

Sending to many of these reduces their usefulness - to much of a good thing.

I almost fell out of my seat laughing when I saw I had 8 pms from George and Anat combined... I already signed up though, so I just deleted them... On another note, Anat, George might fail at mass pms, but only you can fail at planning 99s.

Oh yah perhaps I should have made a post about that.

Basically there was/is a problem with our mail system, haven't been able to talk to Robbie about it yet.
Anyway I got an error every time I tried to send it... therefore I thought that no one had got it... apparently it sent like 5 times instead -.-
So yah I asked Anat to have a go and he had exactly the same problem... so it sent multiple ones to some people and none to others.

So yeah not my fault....

That happened to Lordy not too long ago when he sent a mass pm about the P2P raid we had... I remember that one too well...

It's not my fault, since it happened with Elias + Anat too. It's an error with the mail system and we know why....

I havent got a single mass PM since Mugger and Glenn got warlord tbh.

Edit: until the issue is fixed I suggest using the CC Box for mass pm by making use of the attendance list found here: http://www.wildernessguardians.com/attendance/list.php

Takes 2 secs to send to everyone tbh

I'm going to close this because as George has said we are aware of the problem and what is causing it now.

Also Mike, thanks for the suggestion but that list of names was put there by Robbie for exactly that reason which is what we use.
