 So we said we wouldn't unban anyone.
Bans were permanent.

Yes we stand by that.
However in light of recent evidence, we have found that Bobster125 was unjustly banned.
We have given him clan friend and he will be re-applying.
He is vindicated.

 he leaked to SA or SE i believe. and stuff like this makes it hard to trust a leaders word, i dont mean to cause offense here. but i dont feel he should be unbanned.

I dont agree with this, i cant see how you can be wrongly banned on what he done.

-The clan was CR, not SA.
-I saw no proof of him actually leaking. If you were willing to trust the leaders then when they said they had proof he leaked (without showing the proof to the best of my knowledge) why are some of you unwilling to trust the leaders now when they say that they have proof he did not leak?
-For me atleast, I trust leaders more when they are willing to admit they have made an error.

Extremely good post here. I respect that they can look at information and decide to do the right thing. Sometimes things are sensitive and aren't shown to us for a reason.

Completely agree with this. To the best of my knowledge, there was no proof ever shown about this. But some one who can admit they made a mistake is a much better person. And I have more respect for them because of it.

How strange! In order not to look bad for making a mistake is to cover it up and let an innocent take the gallows. I will worry with disgust if to have leaders of such to resort this low.

If anyone has a problem with him being proven innocent, then go prove him guilty before questioning the verdict. Otherwise, as much right anyone thinks they can judge someone guilty, they in turn have as much right to be innocent.

And if anything, the leadership deserves much more trust & respect for admitting their mistake and correcting it.

I agree with this statement. The fact that we have leaders who are willing to admit their mistakes and correct them shows that we are a fair clan.
