Ohai dur

So i was thinking that we should have weekly raids (F2P or P2P) on the weekdays. Like wednesday or Thursday or something. That way we can actually PvP more and I think they'd be fun etc. We probably won't pull to many people, but do we ever on the weekend weekly raids? tongue.gif

So wat u guise fink??????

Peoples weekday schedules can change very fast during the weekdays, sometimes with no notices. There's nothing stoping us from giving it a go though smile.gif

Raid leaders sometimes host spur of the moment raids on the weekdays. You should try and attend hash.png

Those pull like 10 people at the most though, weekly times would be much better imo.

We can't have too many weekly Raids. It ruins the purpose of pulling good numbers on the weekends. People would get tired if we have 6 big raids a week...

Everybod claims we don't PvP enough, I agree. This would make us pvp more.

Worth a try.
Shit pulls, but there's some fun in it.
I remember when we used to go to the bandits and kill the skulled trainers.

I would absolutely get an e-boner if we started doing weekday raids. However, there are two problems for me. First, I'm PST, so by the time I'm even home from school it is 7:30 EST and 11:30 GMT. That's a little late for people. Second, my parents hate runescape, especially on weekdays. I think with me yelling on Teamspeak and screaming gibberish, my parents would see that I'm playing runescape rather quickly...

I was thinking about having different raids for each timezone.

I do not think that is necessary. I mean we already have 3 weekly raids, which have mediocre attendance. If we added 3 more weekly raids, then our attendance would go down and I believe we would be getting too much PvP. If we had one weekly raid that we varied from starting out at roughly 8 GMT, which would be 3 EST, to maybe 10 or 11 GMT, which would be 5 or 6 EST on a regular non-DST time, and it lasted 2 hours, then we should be able to get decent attendance and when 1 raid leader has to go they could pass the raid off to someone else.

Just a thought. It would be a "fixed" raid time of sorts, but the time would still vary within a 3 hour window to allow for all time-zones to get their action. Then when a majority of people that are in school get out, we can change the times to fit the highest activity during week days then.

I wouldn't mind having a set time like that, but then the Aussie's get no action? woeh.gif

maybe someone like Joe could host an event if that isn't a problem with the staff. Sounds like Mickey might be the only one in staff that could lead.

I think it'd be best to work on more spur-of-the-moment events. The pulls may be shitty, but if you show people how much fun there is to be had even doing little things, you'll create a more active and alert community. I really wish WG would do more together without so much as a minute's notice, both PVP and non-PVP.

i used to host/run MANY spur of the moment pk's along with others, Not big ens just 5-10 of us p2p pking usually.

If we start doing more im quite happy to help out wereever im needed, wheather it's helping to organise a couple, or simply helping anyone to organise some im fine for that.

If anyone is intrested in those let me know.
