It is a non-intrusive system that reminds people of last minute events. Texts will never be sent to you outside reasonable hours for your timezone. The only people with access to your number are council members. It is strongly encouraged that you do give your number. It's a great way to be up to date on last minute fights. And, we don't abuse numbers that are given to us. Just send me a PM with your phone number and your country, and we're all good. --------------------  | ||||
