But its a collection of little things that I want to stick in one topic to save you from visiting several topics. 1. I encourage members to use their first names and to call other people by their first name. It's a great community builder. You feel more apart of it 2. Please use the clan world, 27, whenever possible. 27 can be a shit world because there's no Lootshare, but it's been our home for 5 years. 3. Put your picture in your avatar. We want to know you as a person, not you as pixels... this is not a demand, just a request. You have every right not to post your picture online, but I hope you can trust us. 4. We all need your help with recruitment - it is a snowball. We recruit one member and that member will know a few friends who might join, and those friends will know friends. So we have to put in some effort at the start. Spend QUALITY time writing out heartfelt messages to people looking for clans. Template them, sure, but send them a message informing them that they are NOT just another name. Let them know you really do value them for what they can offer. 5. Can a council member please update the announcements header? There are old announcements in it and it's gone out of date. 6. If anyone is bold enough to tackle the COMPLETE warring history of WG, feel free. The clan history helps, and I have some historical vids, but I would like to get a team set up to chronicle all our fights. 7. Event leaders - I'm glad you took note of what I said before. Less quantity more quality. I'm afraid you overshot just a little. Before we were having almost 2 events per day, or at least one per day. One per day is about ideal... I'd say one event after each raid, plus one or two more on the weekend, and about 3 on the weekdays. That's plenty. I'm not going to give a strict number, because half the fun in your job is improvising. Obviously with less members than before, you need to be careful about attendance. 8. To everyone - when you're at events with an attendance of about 8 or more - screenshot it. In terms of our history, the event doesn't exist unless it's screenshot. The screenshots are what remain when we record the events on WG.com. 9. Back to my break  --------------------  | ||

As for the pictures, Im sure that many people have been taking pictures (I always encourage pictures when I remember). Maybe we should have a thread with everyones pictures. The link would probably better than the actual picture because of the obvious problems from posting mass amount of pictures.
