Therefore, every sentence is important, so read it all if you plan to join, or you may miss important information. ________________________________________________________________________ There are three steps to the Application Process. Step One - Introduction Instructions: Make a topic in this forum and put your Runescape name in the title. Then, simply write a few paragraphs about yourself. Talk about yourself as a person, about your Runescape account, your interests within Runescape and outside Runescape. Fill it with material that lets us know about what sort of Runescape player you are, and what sort of personality you have. After this, meet with members and add them in-game. ALL APPLICANTS MUST MAKE AN INTRODUCTION BEFORE APPLYING. Why Do We Make You Introduce Yourself? Before you join we want to know what sort of person you are and how well you get along with everyone else. Step Two - Communication Instructions: After you post your introduction, you must wait three days (72 hours) before you can apply directly for Membership. In these three days you must show the clan that you are active and easy to reach. You may skip Step Two if you meet ANY ONE of the following criteria: a) You were previously in this clan b ) You have been referred by a current member c) You have more than 25 posts on these forums d) You were once a member of a top 20 RAW clan e) You attended a public clan event (proof needed) If you do not meet any of these criteria, you will be required to wait three days before you can apply. Why Do We Make You Wait? For over four years, our experience with applications show us one thing: Many players will try to join this clan and then forget about it, and become inactive. The three day waiting period is meant to prevent such people from joining the clan and becoming dead weight. Usually, active players will apply after this wait and inactive players won't. Can You Shorten Your Waiting Time? Yes. This waiting time is negotiable. There are many ways. One is adding many clan members over Runescape and getting to know them. Or you could be a regular visitor in our clan chat room (The link is in red, at the top of the forums). Or you could post a lot on the forums. The aim is to prove you will be active. You don't have to wait three days if you can show us you will be active in some other way. Send a leader a private message on these forums or in our chat room if you think you can shorten your waiting period. Step Three - Application Instructions: Once you have proven you are active, either by meeting one of the criteria above, or waiting for three days, you can fill out the application form in the Applications Forum. More information on this form can be found in the application forum. Then, if everything is in order, an application manager will usually accept your application within a day. Why Do We Make You Fill A Form?
