      IRC Nickname: Group: Ex-Member Posts: 201 Member No.: 1646 Joined: January 18, 2009 Total Events Attended: 6    | This is my plea as a lil Trial Member to get those of you who are eligible and active to apply for event leader. There are probably 40 members of this clan who contribute a significant amount of time, and many of you would make damn good event leaders. Some might think that the job isn't for them, some might think that they aren't quite active enough, however I believe that you owe it to yourself and the clan to give it a shot. ESPECIALLY if you have never been in a position such as event leader, you should consider applying. This clan has a lot of old faces. There are many people here who were here when I first joined, and that was a long time ago. However, it is not the old faces that make the clan what it is, it is the new faces. Those of you who have never had the chance to stand up and lead, now is your chance to give it a shot. WG is a Runescape Clan, and the foundation of it should be Events. IRC, Websites, Forums, TS, those are all important to keeping a community solid, but when it comes down to it, our focus should be events, and that is lost for some reason. Some of you who read this have the ability to bring that focus back. You have the ability to inspire the moderately active individuals to be more, and the inactives to start appearing. So please answer this call, and if you are eligible for Event Leader consider applying. Don't make excuses, don't look for reasons not to apply. Put your name in the hat to be a leader of this clan, give the council a good group of names to choose from and put WG back on a good track with your creativity.
