5 Rune Armour Sets (8-10 Rune Armour Sets)
5 Rune Scimitars (8-10 Rune Scimitars)
100 Anchovy Pizzas @ 20 per return (200 Anchovy Pizzas @ 20 per return)
2000 Nature Runes @ 200 per return (4000 Nature Runes @ 400 per return)
3000 Earth Runes @ 300 per return (6000 Earth Runes @ 600 per return)
3000 Water Runes @ 300 per return (6000 Water Runes @ 600 per return)
1500 Adamant Arrows @ 150 per return (2000 Adamant Arrows @ 200 per return)
10 Steel Axes (20 Steel Axes)
10 Sets of Mage Robes (They are easy and cheap. Have many)
10 Maple Shortbows (They are easy and cheap. Get 100)

VITAL NOTES:

EVERY Member binds and ranges in addition to melee, regardless of level.
Once you are out of rune, return in hides, and range only.
No swordfish - As BTO demonstrated in his video, anchovy pizzas are faster with a certain technique.
Return with the LUMBRIDGE canoe. Make sure you have your axes. Drop the steel axe after you are in the wild. LEAVE THE SPACE EMPTY. You need an empty space for when you switch to your bow. The reuturning guide is here.

I actually dont use canoes since you cant carry familiars on them.

When I die, I just take a games necklace out of my bird, teleport to BH, bank quickly, run all the way up and use scrolls to ensure I have 100% energy when I log into the warring world

Well it depends

The main thing is whether its worth it to log from a fight for over 1 minute to get a refill on food and energy. Thats up to you.

Personally, If im low on energy but good on food, I wouldnt hop over just to get energy. Its gonna get impractical. For the starting of a raid or something, if im not leading, ill go get infinite run, follow, and use house options to keep my run.

I've heard some people alch their rune pks and stick it in the familiar when they have a decent amount of money.

However, since im leading a good part of a time, or will be, I dont use it often. I dont really have time to do this. If there are ample leaders, I'll usually go snipe. I get piled a couple of times by antisnipe, so im usually low on food.

Since im a great target for the next pile since im "low on food", ill go take some from my familiar and recharge my energy when im low. When they eventually pile me, my food + run usually can ruin their pile easily.

Alright, thanks BTO. I might try both ways and see if I actually get any use out of my familiar, if not, then I'll use the canoe method, if I do, I'll stick with it.

Hopefully though, I don't have to use either

I have all of the melee gear. I just have to stock up on the hybrid and ranging gear. Unfortunately I will not be making it today because my instructor moved the time back to where it was originally.

I am planning on spending a good 500k-1m on hybrid gear when I have the chance.
