I am Tmal34's mentor.

I approve of his graduation, he tries very hard to be at every event even with his busy schedule. He's been in WG before, with many friends. He has the war experience and clan experience that is looked upon for a trial member during their trial period. He gets along with all members, new and old very well.

He will be a fine addition to our clan and family.

Yeah I can vouch Thomas was at the Jagex Cup event.

Since Tmal has rejoined us, he has shown that he is active. EVEN THOUGH OUR TERTIARIES NEVER UPDATE ATTENDANCE COUGHCOUGH. He's also been friendly towards others, and isn't afraid to voice his opinion about subjects in WG. Supported. hash.png

Ok Yeah he's a great member. Really active and wanting to improve the clan. He's always ready to throw in his two cents to deepen the debate.
I fully support this Graduation.

From basically knowing Thomas from this rejoining of WG, I have seen him make an effort to be an active member, and also his attending for both combat and skilling events. With this in mind, I believe he would be a great asset to WG as a guardian.

I fully support Thomas' graduation to the full member rank. Although he's had a somewhat shaky past with WG, I believe Thomas is ready to return to WG as a full member.

He's active. He attends many events, and shows dedication as proven by his numerous deaths at the CR PKRI. I also think the diversity of Thomas' events should be considered. He's attended both PvP and Non-PvP events, which shows he's not a biased member.

Outside of RS, Thomas is a very helpful person. Just earlier today I asked for advice. More than just saying "Yes" or "No," he asked questions to help formulate a decision and shows that he's an apt person, although I'm sure that was known beforehand.

Thomas is ready to re-join this clan as a full member, and as a result of his preparedness, he has my full support.
