Everyone is invited! This includes: clan friends, prospective members, intros, trial guardians, emeritus, and all full members of the clan! We need your participation to make this event successful.

Me or Sgtswordfish will be hosting F2P or P2P CWA depending on which one the people attending want to go to (we'll have a vote). It will targeted towards helping intros, trials, and anyone that wants a lil sample of WG.

Date: Monday, 4/27/09

Time: 8 PM EST, 5 PM PST, 12 AM GMT, 8 AM AUS (Perth)

Clan Chat: Big Al 002

Meeting place: World 141 for F2P, World 2 for P2P. If we have a large turnout we'll change to the Clan Wars worlds. Meet at Bounty Hunter 20 minutes prior to event. Get on TeamSpeak, we'll try to show trials and intros how to use it.

Equipment: Be prepared to bring a set of rune, ranged/magic hybrid (with binds). Hybrid is optional but recommended. It's basically what you wear for F2P raids. For P2P bring ancients, and armor is up to you. Any super sets, food, is optional but recommend; It will be mostly pots and food off. Familiars are recommended also

I don't really see anything wrong with "mass PMs" by council or not. There's not an official rule against it, and it doesn't have any negative side effects. Though the obvious positive effect is having more people acknowledge that the event was created.

Same with the Non-Signups list. There's no downside of using it, it may not be needed, but I wouldn't see why it's unwelcome. Personally, I think it's great a simple member put in this much effort to make an event.

This is to address the attitude of some about a member having his first event.

1. Be thankful that he is trying the hosting out.

2. Try to be encouraging not so negative. PM is the place to discuss the negative side of stuff I personally remember getting ready to host my first time and very easily got discouraged.

3. All events are welcome in WG unless it is something that our warlord would want to host himself. We don't go accepting wars by the members. I don't think this breaks the rules.

4. Anyone that didn't like him pm them can easily reply in a polite way and ask for him to not do it again in the future.

We are a family here. Let's treat each other nice. Thanks for reading.
