Our recruitment team is not being used to the point that it could be. Now that is enough within itself, but some council believe that members don't put feedback of how they want things to be so I will do that for them. Just a few suggestions I guess you could say.

There were so many people that signed up to be on the recruitment team and I don't see it being used AT ALL. The council made a great step to try to get people to do it, and if the people are still willing, then you need to ask them to do more things. Instead of just recruiting on RSC or Tip.It, hell let's try to find some people from RuneScape. There is a much larger userbase on RuneScape than Tip.It and Zybez combined. I wonder why? hash.pnghash.png

Set a leader for the team that can monitor and come up with any fresh ideas. Allow the leader to basically coordinate things, such as in-game recruitment events. Those things can really help get a new member or two. Remember this... for every member that we recruit, we can then try to get them to recruit one of their friends. The cycle continues, and then my friends, we are growing!

Find a way to reward those who recruit. Hell... if we really wanted to, we could do a recruiter of the month and if people pitch in 5k to 10k a month, we could combine it and hopefully everyone would pay their money to special one. I know that this is hard because of the trade limit, but it could really encourage recruiting. You could even make the requirement that they have to graduate. To keep track of this, within the graduations have a question saying "Who originally recruited you?". Recognition is great, but those who get a material reward appreciate things a whole lot more. It is the human, we are like that.

Just have the recruitment expand to its maximum possibilities. Have the people actually active. Increase the amount of people on it, or decrease the amount of people, but make those that are on it higher quality. To find someone to lead it you need someone who wants the management position along with someone who really wants to recruit.

I know it seems like I may be the pot calling the kettle black, but I really suck at recruiting. Honestly, I have some of the same problems in real life making friends. There are people that can do this, and there are people that can enjoy this. We just have to find them.

I was thinking possibly doing an important announcement about it asking if anyone would want to be on the recruitment team, because currently ours is outdated. neko2.gif Finding a leader might be hard though. We can't just force it upon someone; we need someone who is willing to take the job and will follow through with it instead of just doing whatever they want with it.

Agreed, there's about 1 person per month on TIF that post looking for a clan tface.gif.

We should recruit more heavy when we pk etc, might work. But anything will help, especially focusing on RSC/RS.

i believe the people chosen to go thru an application, interview, training, and review process..

the first 3 steps are self explanatory.

the last one is up to the council to review the chosen ones.

if you're not performing up to ur expectations expect corporal punishment =D

This is what I like to see, people saying they want to help. Tomorrow I'll talk to Randy and see if he will update the recruitment team list, and possibly maybe even get a leader by then? O:
