 Just a little clarification.
From now on, no council member will share a PM you send them unless they have your permission. They have to ask if they can share, and they have to tell you who they want to show. It could be another member, a non-clan member, the whole clan... anyone. But if they need to show another person they need your permission.

This means, you can feel safe telling them anything, knowing it's not leaving their knowledge without permission.

THERE IS ONE EXCEPTION
For the sake of leadership efficiency and speed of decision-making, a council member can share with other council members, including myself. But it stays in level 4. If you don't want another council member knowing, for example, you only want ME to know, you need to say so in the PM you are sending.

This counts for not just forums, but Runescape PM, fansite PM, Teamspeak conversation, email, IRC, MSN... any private communication.

sorry just a tad PO'ed how we have to just trust everything that comes from Council/Level 4. Im not calling council out or anything, just expressing how tiring that can be. I believe what we really need is some insight on whats going on. We're always being told its going to get better, we need some morale, something besides just faith.

You know, he was actually on web cam with every one, and was in a group chat on msn. So that wasn't private. /win
