To be able to apply for the position you will need to currently be a Guardian or higher. This position consists of not only hosting and attending events but keeping all attendances and recaps up to date along with holding a Half-Op position in the IRC channel. The applications will be open until Sunday 28th June. Once the applications have closed the candidates will be considered by Council along with the help of the current staff. After discussion the result will be posted in one week. Make sure you are commited to the duties before you apply. The Form for Applying: This form is the basic format to fill out your application. Be serious, this is not just a simple duty. Its one that requires constant dedication throughout your service. Post your application here on this topic!

I am highly active and will remain so, i will be offering at least 1-2 events weekly which will id vary to keep people interesting in coming to them. I would range from crazy events like castle wars, fight pits, fishing trawler, my aim would be to bring in some events that aren't done as much as others for WG. Id focus on a variety of mini-games to keep everyone happy and interested. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? Not that i know of no, nothing at all. I must admit i do work, but i also have ALOT of spare time on my hands to run events each week. What puts you above other people applying for Event Leader? I believe i can offer a wide range of events to take place each week for WG, i would try and make these events Friendly for as many timezones as possible by either getting up earlier, or staying up later than i would normally do. I have alot of belief and commitment to this clan and am ready for anything. Is there anything else you would like to say? I'm open to alot of different things and think i will be a good choice, offering as much as i can to the best of my abilities for as long as i hold the position. One problem with leadership is a tendency to start strong, then fade out into inactivity. Will you promise to uphold your duties continuously throughout your service to the best of your ability? I took some time thinking about this before i applied. I believe i can remain active with this, ive had alot of experience with running events before. As i ran my own clan for little over a year, it was alot smaller than this clan but definitely gives me a foothold into knowing what being an event leader would be. So i would uphold be active to my fullest and run as many events as WG would like me to. I asked Kyle if there was any requirements of having to be in WG for a long period of time before applying for this, and having Guardian+ is all that is required im told which is why i have applied for the position. Hopefully you will read this and see what i have to offer to the Wilderness Guardians. Thanks ~Nathan --------------------

A shit load of time to brain storm. But seriously, at my current job I sit on a lawnmower all day and cut grass, and since it is not the most intense job ever, it gives me alot of time to think. You may be asking yourself, what on earth is he getting to. And, I say to you today my friends, even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. I have a dream that one day this clan will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: have more damn events!! Thank you MLK Jr. I will be thinking of events not like your standard castle wars events which pulls 6 people, or your fight pits that pull 7, but rather, invent new idea's and new events in which people will be like, "God dammit, 'dat Sooth gun an' dun it agin. 'Dat 'vent wuz sew sxy, that 'f 'twas my cuzin, i'd tap dat." Let's get out of our weekly lousy pulls and get some hawt events going. Is there anything coming up in the next 6 months that could make you inactive? Well, as has always been the case with me, I can be much more active on the weekends. Also, my life works differently than every other 'scaper's, I get less active during the summer. So things can only get better during the school year. I am very social, I know how to come up with very interesting and (somewhat) original events for new, current, and potential WG members to attend and enjoy. I know how to keep up the excitement of events (to a certain extent), when the content starts to get boring, I will try and think of ways to keep the event train rolling until they are tired and want to get back to whatever they were doing before.
