Thanks to everyone that could make the ts meeting. We went over a lot of stuff and it is suggested that we have a weekly ts meeting but that the times be switched each week to give different time zones a chance to come to them. 1. Mandatory Non-pvp Events We discussed having mandatory non-pvp events. We dicided it was best to hold more non-pvp events before making them mandatory. Most members do not like mandatory rules to be added. 2. Hype up fights It was said that more emphasis should be put on raids. The forum could have threads to discuss and hype it up more. It was brought up during this discussion to have more pvp events with wg vs wg just for fun. THey thought using Nub gear would be fun. 3. Recruitment Goals It was discussed but decided that goals do not allow us to be picky enough to get good quality members. That we might get more members but not the ones that will really work out for the clan. Everyone should be trying to recruit. 4. Recruiting Team Revamp It was discussed that it might be possible to make the recruitment team staff with set requirement goals for each week. They would need to apply for the position and keep up to the goals to keep it. These members would be like the welcoming team as well and make sure the intros follow through with applying. This is sorta like an applications manager job thing. 5. More Mini Wars Everyone wanted more CWA events, fun mini wars on a weekly basis. 6. Add Intros to our friend's list automatically Yes, this should be happening and people need to be friendly with them. 7. WG Pures This is a dead cause. The unofficial use of them will be fine. So if you are interested in doing WG pures get a few members together and go for it just for fun. 8. Clan Wars, Castle Wars, and Mini Games Everyone liked these ideas. Clan wars is preferred but maybe a castle war event with 10 vs 10. 9. Use TS More It was discussed how we come on and no one is here. Maybe set up times to be on ts together or invite each other from irc to ts. 10. Use the His Lordship cc in rs We should be doing this more. 11. Steel War People would like to have steel war with our allies just for fun. 12. Ex-members and Flaming Some have noted that our ex-members seem to get away with flaming our new intros or guardians on the forum and irc. This needs to stop. Even though we are close friends with our ex members we need to reprimand them for this. We just can't put up with it. 13. JC is Supoorted 100% He has been great in IRC and a very fair OP. Everyone loves having him as an op. Great Job JC.  There is a lot less flaming going on as he is so active for his time zone.14. We need our Lobby more active. Try talking mostly in the lobby. We should be greeting and talking to the people that are in there as well. If we have people coming in to get to know us, we want to be friendly and active. (Remember this is one of those things that helps get you promoted to higher or elite) 15. Well the recruitment goals have been addressed in the "Recruit-A-Friend Month" scheme which has just started.... As some of you know in the next week/two weeks the staff will be launching a big idea of mine - a 3 strike system.... to improve raid activity etc, wars etc. So this should support more hype of the wars. Also as you all know weekly raids are back. As for TS- now that I have a new laptop... and therefore a working microphone again (i hope... haven't tested  ) ... I should be on TS a lot more!!
