It's been a while now since I've joined this clan. It's been a year and a half ago now. And I must say I've had good, and bad days here. I witnessed the rebuilding right after the wilderness was removes, so I've seen some exiting changes. I've met many great people on the way, and shared the drama from the ... not so great people as well. I took place is epic events, wars and had a lot of fun with you all. I learned many things about some people here, we shared secrets and stories. We laughed, and cried together. I've witnessed the birth of these grand forums and I'm happy I took place in this amazing journey. My time here however, is ending... After the summer I'm pretty much leaving the place called Gielinor (That's Runescape for those oblivious for the lore here.) It's time for me to lay down my whip, put my Dragon axe in the corner next to my Fire cape which is burning bright red on the coat-hanger. I'll sit back and relax to a nice cup of tea, while letting my imagination carry me away to the times I've ventured in dark caves looking for adventures, and a purpose. Killing all that stood in my way...  Ok, enough of this... Anyway, So I'm quilting Runescape after the summer because of a few reasons. *** 1st:  I'm defecting to another game, not World of warcraft (cuz it sucks), or Guildwars (Cuz I don't like it). But an entirely new game Called Aion: The Tower of Eternity. It's still in beta-testing so I still have to wait till the 25th of September.between now and then I will still play some RS, but on my own time. Not having to wake early in weekends for raids, or time my life around some pixels. This is lately the main reason I don't come on at all. Cause when I do, I get mass pmed, "Get yer ass on this or that..." *** 2nd  (Fits with number 3) : I remember when I joined that a lot of Core members had left. Making it harder do advance with the clan. Now I see this all over again, take a few key-players away and we stop going forward. I've been reading about future plans, and to be honest. I see them fail. Not the concept, but the will to execute them. (I'm talking about the 7m in gear, the call for people to train their asses off and such.) There's too many unmotivated people around that I do not see most of these things last. (I really hope I'm wrong here, so prove it to me people!) *** 3rd: We HAVE been slumping lately, anyone can tell. I remember the first months I joined we where slumping as well. I also remember putting all I had in Wg, And to be honest I don't have that energy any more to give. (Kudos to you Gene, earned my respect...) And I know that, anyone not helping to solve the problem, is making it worse. So I rather quit, before people accuse me for being lazy... or not helping out. I'm not staying here, sitting on my ass, while others do the hard work. That is about it I guess... there are other things, but I don't really want to make this longer than it already is. I won't do shout outs, I think most people know how I feel about them. If you really want to know, you can ask me. I want to thank you, for the good times, the good memory's and so much more. I knew the community is the best around. I'm more than the pixels to you people... my heart was bleeding when I pushed the post button, I know I'm leaving a lot of you behind and for that I'm truly sorry. Haha so true, you really do have a great accent Its sad to see you go Jesse, I don't deny (and I dont think anyone else will either) that we have had a bit of a slump, but we seem to be improving at the moment and hopefully it'll be a good summer.
