Time flies. 4 days until the deadline passes for all equipment. I personally am rather fucked, but I still will be able to make it. It takes about 3 hours, 4 tops, to make the amount specified, by potential gaining. So really, I don't see any reason for anyone to not have it all. Spot checks will be starting early... if you have the equipment say so and a council member will tick you off. As for recruitment... 2 referrals. Come on guys. Lift your game.
