What is it?

This event is a weekly event hosted by Indivi2you that I will be reviving. Generally it will occur wedsedays, but not for this week. We will be trying to get the penguins quickly and efficiently as possible. I'm open to any new penguin hunting ideas too.

Distraction and Diversions is a semi random event/mini game. There are several types of these minigames. Penguin Hunting Seek, the Circus which is has the long winded title of Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza. Also recently there are Evil Tree, Shooting Star, and Pheonix lair. The former two are very unpredicatable but if we see any trees or stars we can go after them ;] At the end of the event however short or long it takes we may follow it up with whatever you vote on!

We'll be hunting down penguins primarily. If there is enough support for the circus event we can do that as well.

Guide to Socially Awkward Penguins

There is has been some trouble in past finding penguins quickly. Traveling in a group in same clan chat might be cumbersome. To make the event easier for everyone we will meet in my clan chat for attendence. Everyone can add each other then so we can all talk. From there we will try to gather penguins as fast as possible and help each other through pm in RS. You do not have to be in same cc the whole event You can use IRC and stuff as well to make it more better for everyone.

After D&D: We can do a follow up of GWD, Corp Beast, Sc, or whatever you guys would think is fun

What do I need?

Penguin hide & seek:

Teleport runes
Teleportation jewlery
Spirit terrorbirds & scrolls OR energy potions (recommended)
Light weight gear (Spottier cape, boots of lightness, new agility clothing)
Some food
Dramen/Lunar staff

Circus:

Agility, Range, Magic potions (recommended)
Range and Mage gear (recommended)

Recap: Was a great event! Had way more people than the sign ups indicated. We worked together through irc, rs, and few on ts to find the penguins. Thanks to everyone that came and helped out for free exp

Can't decide what skill to put it on yet, because several would get a level if I placed the XP there.

Like getting all the points in a matter of minutes when they give you an entire week, haha.
