     IRC Nickname: Auk Group: Guest Posts: 38 Member No.: 146 Joined: January 20, 2008 Total Events Attended: 0    | Okay im ex-wg who went inactive as i had irl stuff to do and i was just simply bored of rs anyway i come back wanting to join again and this new 80def has made it impossible for me to join and ive heard from some of my friends in WG that they are pretty much being forced to get 80def or they will be kicked. I do understand this yet i feel that the req should only 70+ def as many people stay 70 or 75 def to to take advantage of middle bounty hunter creater. Its not that i disagree with the current req its just you may be forcing people to 'screw' up the accounts they have put alot of time and effort into to make a good pker/bher ect. Although at this current time i will NOT get 80 defence and if this stops me being wg then so be it but i really would LOVE to be part of this great clan, family, that i was once a part of. post your thoughts? -------------------- my sig got taken away =[ | ||||||

| IRC Nickname: Group: Guests Posts: Member No.: 0 Joined: January 1, 1970 Total Events Attended: 1 | I'm not actually WG, and I hold no weight at all, but from experience in clans, and now with Ronin, the 80 def. requirement is an excellent, excellent one to have. It helps avoid constant KO's from people, because sometimes, in the bigger fights, even you are a great tank, and can get around objects, with lower then 80 def, your never going to be able to even show it. It's tough to get for some people, but it really is a necessity to have to be successful. Edit: and there actually is a pretty big difference, every 1 level is a big add on to your last level, and then you say, 75 is not much of a different from 80, and then people will say, why not 70, it's not much of a difference from 75, then people will think, why even have it in the first place? Anyways, it encourages people to train Def, which is really the best cmb skill to train up anyways. ~Po  -------------------- | ||||||

So say, a barrows pure, they should be let in, but a 1 def pure, a no no, i know the clan is a strong clan which is very tankish, but i still think a bit of flexibility on it would be good (Y) -------------------- | ||||||

well they are kinda if they are in WG with less than 80def and have 2 weeks to get 80 or be kicked id say that is being forced if they really want to stay wg. and kier i am home but yer alot of people, like myself, are more offensive and rather be attacking people than running around a wall with melee pray on -------------------- my sig got taken away =[ | ||||||

Also you'll often be droppped in matched opts minis as you want be as useful with low tanking ability. I'm not sure. Your being ex-WG might allow you to bypass the rule. High defence will always help you in a war and with anything below 85 in my eyes is weak.
