 Ok, so for those of you who are really inactive and don't know what's been going on... a little summary:

Joe was permanently banned yesterday for reaching 100% warn.

Joe abused the "Report a Topic" feature and sent in 21 incorrect reports in 7 minutes. I asked His_Lordship to give him a final warning and then Gene told the Council to ban Joe immediately if he was to do it again.
He did, so he was banned.

It has turned out that Joe never received that final warning and therefore it is unfair for him to have received that final 20% warn.

In light of this, Joe has been unbanned, and his final 20% warn has been removed, so he remains on 80%.

If he receives another warn for anything, he will be permanently banned

Sorry for the misunderstanding Joe.

 Like I've said many times, and been ignored, I don't think warn levels should stay forever, if anybody, not just Joe has warn levels from a 'minor' offense from say 2008, I think eventually they should be removed, otherwise it's not a warning, it's just a countdown till you're banned.

Nah, when I was talking to him he seemed pretty cool, at first he was mad at George cause he thought he was lying, but it turned otu to just be a miscommunication.

 Eh it wasn't George. It was the council as a collective unit, the staff of WG who did it, tbh someone has to be the bad guy... this time it was me... Darth got it lucky - he got to kick Big Al neko2.gif
Anyway the decision to let him back in was unanimous.

Yes I banned him, but after I learned that he didn't have that final warning, I wanted him unbanned. The decision was unanimous to unban him among the Council.

Joe's an amazing member and only thinks about the safety of the clan

 I think this is utter crap, Joe is a nice guy and he doesnt really have malicious intent, he was just merely trying to strike some humour with council members, its a real shame that some of us are way to serious....

 Joe and I have journeyed together for a long time. Yes, he can be seriously INTENSE but overall he is not malicious. I joke about him being a hater but there is some truth there he is just intense at times. He has been more than intense with me at times but we get over it. I am really glad that he is back--hater cape and all.

Joe is a tremendous asset to this clan in many ways and generally gets in trouble when he sees what he perceives to be rule infractions or unfair enforcement of the rules. I hope that whenever he reads these posts and sees how many people felt terrible about losing him as a clan member, he will try very hard not to lose his cool in the future.

We remove warns after one month of good behaviour.
Joe has managed to rack up 80% despite this.
Yes, he's love for WG will probably be diminished, but at least we're fortunate to have him back so that maybe we can repair it.
