If I missed you please just put it on this thread.

Our biggest discussion was on combat training. Some believe that we need to have everyone in WG training to improve. It was suggested to bring back an old training program that worked before. Omar explained some of the details of it.

Some would like the training to be mandatory/forced but stated that it would be like one lvl a month or some low amount like that. (I was the only one to disagree with mandatory.) We talked about the event leaders being the ones to run this type program.

I brought up PNS/Homo talk but I was the only one that ever sees it in the lobby and no one agrees with me. So talk about your pns and homo activities in the lobby at your own discretion. We all know what you do so go ahead and share I guess. hashdown.gif.png

We briefly talked about CWA/raids/wars. BTO is on this and we might even see some kind of event this weekend. After council elections are over, that would be the soonest for any raid leader positions to be open for applications.

Over all was not a great meeting as we were lacking is working mics. Arghhh. I'll be getting a new one, if I can't get it working.

Edit: Removed someone that informed me they were not at the ts meeting. Thanks for telling me.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.
“The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems
is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”

The level a month thing sounds like the academies wg used to have. You would get special awards (sigs) the higher combat you were.

The pns talk, meh, everyone mostly knows we're never serious, it's ok to a certain extent.

I wouldn't mind seeing a comeback of the combat academies, they were cool.
