1. Your Rsname:
Kai Jensen

2. How long have you been a Trial Guardian for?
Too long :/
Around 40 days.

3. Provide links to FIVE event RECAPS with yourself in the attendance.
Well since I haven't been a member before, having to find the treads for the different events I've been to shouldn't really be needed.
Been to various raids, a war today, a god wars event, if it matters anything what kind of events I've been to smile.gif

4. Provide a screenshot of your account with the Standard Warring Equipment - Ensure that your name is clearly visible on the screenshot
http://i30.tinypic.com/347ww92.jpg

Please point out if anything is missing in the screenshot and I'll make one with the missing bits.

5. Provide your Friends List screenshot of 10 WG Members Online - Ensure that your name is clearly visible on the screenshot
http://img70.imageshack.us/i/10mandonline.jpg/

6. Please tell us the 5 WG Members that will post their support on your thread
Everyone whos been raiding with me I'd say, I've followed all orders, returned when dying, all trivial stuff I know, yet (Insert high percentage) of the runescape population wouldn't be doing it.

I'd hope people such as BTO, Lordy, Darth, Ludo, Surfer, Leecable, but I haven't asked.

7. Please provide the screenshot of yourself on Teamspeak with "R" next to your name, which means registered.

8. Who is your mentor?
Bambeleo

if a work resume had a reccommendation list of people that you didn't know personally and just hoped they would put a good word for you. that would be a definite decline.

wg is a clan and although we are laid back, fun, and caring. we do expect to be taken seriously in manners and i believe that you can place your hopes into action by requesting friends to put in a good word for you.

Good luck...I honestly see no effort whatsoever put into this graduation.

Go searching through the recaps, find screenshots of you AT the event.

We don't ask for pictures and then just let people say "Well, people have seen me at events, so there!" Do the work.

Also those referrals are terrible...you "hope" people will go out of their way for you when you've done nothing?

Ask them at a very least. Give them your time.

Ah well, I guess I'm not dedicated enough for you guys, if this is not good enough for you guys, I'm out.

I really cannot be bothered to find all those threads, and sitting and ass licking people on IRC to get acceptance is not something I'm gonna do either, I'm not here to ass lick people to get acceptance, I'm here to join events and raids with some awesome people and fight for the clan in wars, no bullshit. Oh well, good luck to you guys I guess, I guess I'm out to join some powerfull zerg clan instead.

Summary: I liked it here, but ass licking people over the interwebz is the last thing I'm gonna do. If that's what it takes, then fair enough. A trial is not only to check if the person is good enough for the clan, it goes both ways.

If you call "Hey, mind reffing me for my graduation?" ass licking...then alright, bye.

FYI:

All the top "zerg" clans require more referrals than we do. They require screenshots for *all* events attended which usually total to about 30+.

You know as well as me that it takes more than that simple answer, I just get the "I barely even know you" answer.

I can't really be bothered to discuss it, you ask for something I'm not gonna do, the only outcome it could end up at is that you guys will hate me forever and wise-versa.

I wish you luck, I hope you'll do the same for me.

Take care.

Try talking to the people you'd like to refer you?

Ask you friends in a PM "Hey man, we've hit it off in WG, mind reffing me for my graduation?"

Obviously if you come up to someone and you've never spoken to them they're going to tell you they don't know you well enough to refer you.

It's called making friends in the clan. That's what the referrals are about. Have you talked to people and have they gotten to know you well enough that THEY can vouch for you?

I do wish you luck wherever you may go.
