Warring/Raids We started by discussing Warring plans for WG's newer members. We will be doing some f2p warring. The idea is that CWA f2p can be used to get newer members used to war/raid without them losing sets. We may start a few war training things, but Darth will talk to BTO about that. Although Darth did not like his leading the Steel war, he did lead WG to victory and will be attempting to lead some more in the future. Mark your calendars Tues is a war with LND. Recruitment We talked about the possiblity of a leadership postion for recruiting/event leader. Tip-It needs more WG activity and could lead to us getting recruits. This forum seems to be more mature, but currently they have no name clans that are recruiting the lvls of combat that we could be getting. We will be doing some kind of challenge to members to post on RSC and Tip It. At this time we also discussed Inactivity Sweep. Darth plans on cleaning up our member list to be more accurate. 70 members and pulling 30 is not so good. Pures No official events to war with these will be happening. But if you would like to join on fun events you can train a pure to lvl 50 to 55. It is all done fully voluntarily. Forum The forum have been pretty active lately. Some great topics have been posted. Guests can post on threads in Gallery and Technical Support. However, they can not start threads in either of these forums. Council/Robby please look at that Guests cannot see study forum but unregistered users can see it. Council/Robby please look at that In WG future Gene may be on holiday during the WG anniversary week. A plan will need to be worked on for this. Halloween Event needs to be planned. Maybe look at last years if you are willing to host/judge this event. War Prep Movies are really awesome, but they take loads of time to make. Anyone that likes doing this might want to try it out. Mentor feedback from Mentees is a great idea, but the details still need to be worked out. If you have any suggestions on that please see Impy's thread and post there. Seemed like we covered quite a few things and, honestly, I'm ready to go out and recruit. But, I don't think that a Trial Guardian would be taken as seriously as would needed for effective recruitment. o.o So I'm gonna wait til I grad from Trial and then head over to tip it to help establish a WG presence there. When it comes to the pures, I say why not? It's just for fun.  Mentor Feedback, if anyone would like to have a look at my post, I'm gonna sum up the feedback Ive gotten so far and put it in a reply.
