We need to stop hating on each other and saying jokes that could be found offencieve by someone else even though we find it funny this could be anything from a picture on the forums or something we say or talk about. If we want to do this then just do it in private or know when to draw the line and stop because its getting tedious and annoying. I'm seeing a lot of mean things towards each other. It all starts as a joke and then gets blown up. People's feelings get hurt and then the hatred begins. You have to be able to say stuff to each other, but yet not push it so far that they are upset. Someone might seem to have a weakness, but you know they could be away from their family and be home sick or something. Just try being nice and back down when you need to. It is okay to agree that you will never agree on an issue. I agree here. Communicaion is key, but not in the way that people get annoyed, offended, or hurt. It's hard to claim we are a Family if people are having their feelings hurt. Telling people to be less sensitive or lighen up when they're hurt by something only adds insult to injury. WG is a community of allot of different people from a large amount of different backrounds, so its a very safe assumption that not everyone is going to have the same outlook as you and not everyone is going to present issues in the same way. Everybody has different sense's of humor's if you see something on the forums that you dont particularly like or find funny just ignore it and avoid that topic. If you are adressed in a way that you dont particualrly like on the irc then contact a council member or just ignore them completely you dont have to like them personally just avoid conflict with them and you'll be fine.
