1. War/Raids

The general talk indicates that we need more raids/wars overall in general. We are looking forward to the new raid leaders and hoping for very active people. These new raid leaders will be holding practices along with some that Vephy will do.

Also Tweek said he would be willing to host a few war trainings. (I believe Elite plus are allowed to do this, so I'd be willing to go to these to do the recaps.) He has done war training in "the" clan. I personally need all the practice I can get and welcome any opportunity to improve.

f2p We discussed f2p some and our future plans to become more involved in this. We need a lot more right now. JC mentioned a discussion, he and Lee had. They were talking about the need for baby steps back into this. We don't want to jump in to fast and cause ourselves a slump.

Nothing is planned for next weekend yet, but with new leaders it is very likely we will be having something.

New Raid Leaders Our new raid leaders will be announced in one to two days.

Recruitment We briefly discussed SE. I don't think recruiting massively from them is any plan we have. That is all.

Adult Forum Steveypants brought up the Adult Forum and its return to WG forums. He would like to post his package for all to see again. He is willing to show the side with WG written on it. Many knew how very sexy that was to see in the past. This was also a plan for higher activity on the forum.

WG Forums We have about the same activity as always on our forum. It would be really nice to see increased forum activity. I think mentees should be encouraged by their mentors to post more. Some people might not feel comfortable at first posting so encourage them.

IRC We had a very brief discussion on the flaming/power abuse in WG_Lobby. The general thinking is just be more careful to keep your tempers/jokes in check. The staff will be watching for it more. (You guys know who you are so be nice.)

A few areas to work on
WG pures are brought up again and it is totally fun to do not mandatory. At the current time we are working to get them to lvl 50 to 55. If any events it will be for fun. Nothing on this will ever be pushed on anyone.

Anniversary may have to have dates moved by a week. Most people thought that would be just fine. Eveyone wants Gene to be there.

combat skill of the week and skill of the week
Both of these are starting up now. Be sure to go vote wc cause that is what I want. lol For the newer members this is a nice way to compete with each other and raise our lvls together. You get attendance if you reach the goals set. Good luck everyone.

Winter Awards will be coming up closer to Christmas. Steve is back in time to win his usual ones, so give him some competition.

Use team speak more often to just enjoy chatting to each other.

Clan Chat in RS His Lordship is still our cc in the game. If you could at least check it when you log in the game and say hello to each other that would be nice. Steve mentioned in the future you will log in to one as you log on rs then we can have it set to that. It was mentioned that will take 3 years or so. lol Most of us agree that a mandatory rule to join is not a good idea. Some enjoy their other group cc and are in irc to chat to people. Some like their boss hunting and use the money share options.

I obviously wasn't able to see this package picture before. Not so sure I wanna see it, no offense to Stoke (i'm sure ladies like it), but i would like to see an Adult forum

It was a good meeting, felt more productive than the first one I went to somehow.

I'd liek to throw this out there-You never know who's in the cc. I joined during the meeting to find Redwaller66. He's wanting to join, and had found the website.

NOTE* Gene, he says there's somethin wrong with the forums link and how to join link.

We were able to help him get to the forums, and I think he's registered on them by now.

EDIT-Also made a WG Pure today, so before too long, i'll be ready for some events for them.

The council decided to scrap pures in an organized way. Only those who want to do them will. So as a clan they won't be used. It's just for those who want to have a little fun. I'm sure if you wanted to start your own team, you could discuss that with council.

But it was just at the time when Tabs left... and I didn't really feel that I could ask her the second she left the clan.
