Those people could be our recruits except everyone is like LOL TIF THEY LIKE DARTH. Instead of ignoring these people and letting them join no name clans shouldn't they be given the chance to join a much better clan in every aspect? I think so and I hope you do too so don't ignore this potential gold mine. P.S. Vaguely but look at the posts of some of those clans trying to recruit. Some people bump the shit out of threads. For example, I saw 2 threads from over 3 months ago, on the front page. The dates are most important. Try to see if someone else from WG has talked to the person yet. If they have, then you might not want to talk to them again, unless you know exactly what happened the last time they were talked to. I know I wouldn't think well of a clan that had 4 people trying to recruit me. Finally, don't just use a pre-formatted post. If you are posting on 20 threads with the pre-formatted post, it doesn't look good. You are not spending the time on each recruit like you could. Sit down and spend 10 minutes on each recruit. Sit and write out a personal response. Or even do the little post and then PM the person via the forum or in-game with your personal message.
