Disqualify them from any awards, means other people who aren't as lazy can win them or people who are less likely to win awards anyway(because not selected for 3+).

 I kinda agree with Joe and Saad.

If they are not active enough to pick 3 awards to run for (takes like 30 seconds to a minute), then what makes them deserve an award?
