I suggest doing the following: 1) Make a Big Text Thing at the top of the forums that says "SIGN UP FOR "X" THIS SATURDAY" etc. Examples: http://teekay.ipbfree.com/index.php?act=idx http://www.teamlnd.com/index.php?/index ^ Join btw  , but anyways MANY...hell MOST clans do that, and it really helps signups because people actually notice it.2) Create a "War Pumpage Forum", or w/e you want to call it, where you can spame and get pumped for upcomming wars. Your post count doesn't increase in this forum. 3) Make forum banners for the upcomming war(s), as well as sigs. 4) Before the War, play our war songs, notably "We're not gonna take it" as well as those other stupid songs we like to play, and just in general get pumped. MAybe even extend mass times to 45 mins instead of 30. 5) Mass PM everyone about the war on the forums...hell mass email them if you hae to, just get them to sign up. 6) Warn people who don't sign up. I'd say every 3 times they don't sign up for a war without a valid reason for doing so, they get warned. This will encourage people to get their asses moving. 7) Remind people. If you see someone that hasn'tt yet signed up, tell them about it  .With those things, I believe we can have much better sign ups, pulls, and wins.
