In addition to the above, here is evidence taken from the ACP:  The passwords have now been changed and security is restored. What Mickey said about Dale's boasting today is not true. Dale has not USED the account in a few months as the Admin CP shows, but he still had access to it up until 3 hours ago. I have mutually banned him from IRC and forums. Mickey never meant to hurt anyone. He has turned himself in now so that Dale's access is removed and he can no longer have that leverage over us. Pretty noble, but we have to ban him. You guys really need to look at WG's security if banned members can get away with that, its not hard to do a quick check like once a month to see what IP's are logging into accounts with high level security access (Ie. council/tertiary Acc's).

When I logged into my RL bank account online using my mobile connection instead of my usual home connection they locked my account and the fraud department contacted me to check everything was okay. Oh I'm sorry, Kero didn't have access to level four and ACP. Do you hate Kero for some reason that you have to keep brining him up? Just so you know Joe, some of the council knew that Skeet was Kero, and he was still accepted. Besides, this brings up the point that Council should have their IPs checked weekly and all new applicants also need to have their IPs checked.
