Sorry for not being on for the past 4-5 Days. I had assignments back to back >.<. Anyway, after a few delays, this month's changes will be in three instalments: -Staff Changes -Promotions -Member of the Month 1. Staff Changes Just a minor Staff change. After much consideration, Theevildead2 has been changed from "Event Leader" to "Moderator". This is mainly because most of his unique qualities is Moderation on forums rather than Event Leading in RS. He is on most of the Australian timezone where most of the other Moderators are not on. So that's: Theevildead2...Event Leader --> Moderator 2. Promotions Higher Guardian --> Elite Guardian Mathsnerd1 - Maths, you have been a great aspect to the clan. With your constant ranting to Council/Leaders you have pointed out the flaws of Wg and we have solved them. You poor countless hours into making guides and posts on the forums. The Current Wg doesn't have enough Australians to make events such as miniwars and BH Trips, but that didn't stop you from trying. You stood up for the Australians and gave them a better chance of attending events. Guardian --> Higher Guardian Maddness990 - Mickey, Countless times over and over you have tried the best to help WG, you're always thinking of new ways to improve WG. Even if the improvement is small, you make every effort to accomplish it. One man can make a difference. Chip54321 - Chip, you've been to every event I've been to lol. Your activity is impressive and constant. I've never seen you flame or be in a fight, and you are active on RS. Ansatsublade - Ever since you joined Wg, you have been an ideal member that everyone should look up to, you haven't let anyone put you down and you are very optimistic. You come to most events and are actively arriving to wars. Mr Death 13 - Ty, you are active on the IRC and you have made a great effort to make Public Events, you have offered help to many WG members. You are also a kind person with great intentions. 3. Member of the Month - March And here we are, the Member of the Month for March, someone who has never let anyone put his spirit down and will never give up trying to help Wg: Groedius - You have been in this clan for what? Nearly 3 years? You deserve some recognition, you are hard working, active on RS and training very hard to help bring WG to the high ranks. You have been friendly and helpful this month, Keep it up. Andrew, you'll get your underbanner soon, I have to talk with someone who makes them. ----------------- For Promotions & Member of the Month. There were MANY MANY members that were mentioned in Level Three, most of them didn't get it because we thought it was too soon for them to get it. Just carry on working hard, wait for next month and you WILL be rewarded. Guys, keep it up, when Wg gets better and gets into those high ranks, you can sit back and think to yourself "I helped Wg get there, I was there at that war were we owned <EnterTop10ClanHere>". Keep up the good work guys. Right, now it's been 4-5 Days without Rs and full of staring at a White Microsoft Word which bloody well decreased my eyesight.
