Not sure if we do this but every once in a while, maybe once a month get a whole bunch of WG together and go recruit, talk to people of higher lvls, maybe if they join activity+ experience+ opts at wars and events+. There really isn't a downside...

Recruiting in-game can be effective but usually isn't. The trick is that if the person doesn't show any interest, don't force it. Unless someone really wants to join, forget it.

I think if we put a combined effort into forums recruiting we would be more successful.

forums recruiting is always the best way to go, but if we had 20 people high lvls going around just talkin to people bout WG maybe some would want to join, maybe it is a useless type of recruiting, who knows.

True though. There are exceptions but the only real recruiting that goes on in the clan world these days is by forums blink.gif

The best in game recruiting that I have seen is when an old WG member runs into someone. Sometimes it brings back good memories and then they join again.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.
“The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems
is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”
