Please note: This topic was written by Job, not by me. I just posted it for him!

Following an excellant suggestion by Stokenut, I am now hoping to try and get all members skilling at Edge world 27.

Obviously, we can't train mining in Edgeville bank, however these skills can:
  • Magic
  • Runecrafting (You go through Edge)
  • Herblore
  • Crafting
  • Fletching
  • Smithing
  • Cooking (Range in Shop, Fire)
  • Firemaking
  • Woodcutting (Yews just south of bank)
This is make skilling alot more fun as we'll see each other around often, have talks etc. These will, in general make the community a more friendly place to be.

So if you're training one of them skills. Head up to Edge World 27 and see theres anybody around!
~ Job

Will give us a oppurtunity to make friends and be less boring if friends are around doing it with us! Hope to see you there, Thanks Job for the post (y)

I would also like to take this chance for A push for higher Teamspeak activity would also boost morale and friendship bonds. (Stokenut's Comment)
So Use TS and World 27 Edgeville Bank for Skilling

The idea Rob is to get EVERYONE using this (if possible)
What better than training mind-numbingly boring skills than at a bank with your friends!
Good luck on 99 magic btw sad.gif

Still gunna argue burthope is better:

Quicker to firemake,
Quicker to cook (We are talking 100k+xp than edge on avg)
Slayer master is just over the road
Games room is close
God wars trips always mass there
Fletching
Alching
Agility
Theiving
crafting
herblore
Blue dragon trip banking area
Bigger social area as lots of people allready skill there, instead of just randomer noobs at edge.

Offers way more than edge.

Bigger social area as lots of people allready skill there, instead of just randomer noobs at edge.

SQ you have to remember this is a 'Skilling' place, which means that Slayer and any other Combat relate skills do not count.

Firemaking at Burthrope or Edgeville doesn't matter. They are all the same Pace. Edge is good for:

- Magic (Alching)
- Cooking
- Smelting
- Woodcutting
- Firemaking
- Fletching
- Dragon slaying for bones and hides
- Crafting
- Woodcutting
- Herblore (Druids under Edge for Herbs)
- There are alot of skillers at Edge they are not just Random noobs.

Actually you can train mining too.

bank at edge and mine in wildy for rune rocks, addy, mith, even coal!

but yeah, if i ever train any sitting skills, will do.
