We had this amazing ts meeting/social gathering on Monday night. We were still chatting after over 5 hours at like 1:30 am est time. It was decided that this was our longest ever meeting. We discussed a little of everything and mostly had a good time with chatting.

TS Activity

We started off with a discussion of who is allowed in our ts and the reason the rules are set up this way. It was decided that any exception to these rules would be best to pm Gene. The rules of WG can have some bend to them at times. smile.gif

MOD PKRI

We had some insight to this most recent victory for WG. As we were discussing, it was noted that the momentum that our clan had over MOD gave us a great advantage. They only once were able to regroup their pile and this helped us succeed in our victory.

We had an exceptional good sniper unit and Stokenut was brought up as a good sniper. The Team Capes for fall-in leaders made it much easier for us to fall in on them. The spamming for our piles was good. The fall-in leaders were quick to return and the research that had been done on their fall-in leaders was really key to success as well.

Our biggest area for improvements are needed in binding. At the beginning the binding was pretty bad but got some better over time. Lee said that he was concerned with binding, and if he died, he would have had to return to binding, thus not making him able to lead.
Some Ideas for improving this included:

1. Offering extra attendance points to binders or having monthly awards for them.
This involves collecting xp before the war or having a funtioning bot to use.

2. Discussed Name Changes. This is not good for WG cause we are more a communtiy clan than a warring clan. But some clans are doing this now.

3. Give warn levels and kick people who don't bind. This may be effective, but I personally feel it could discourage some from warring at all. Please be encouraged to try your best at binding and maybe practice it in bh with a friend if you are bad at it. Binding seems to be what they want/need. (If you want my personal view pm me.)

Allies

Our current allies are Sabers, TDM, ZT and TBE

It is noted that the Sabers are really being active in trying to make a strong ally with us. KCross has really been doing his new position in TDM as well. We need to start hosting more Allie things that will bring us all together and get us more familiar with each other. Maybe WG could have some person work closer with Allies.

Tip It and RSC

It was noted that even before this successful war, we started to pick up intros from Tip It. We need to presue this for success. After the posting on these forums, we had three offers in our lobby to war with other clans.

Please start signing up in non-pvp forum for the Tip-It posting challenges. This will really help WG with recruitment.

Switching to Vent

A brief discussion was held about the advantages or Vent. Also the costs being bundled in the forum cost for ts. This is a council thing to deal with for us.

Pod Cast

We had a brief talk about how others have seen great success in pod casts. If we are going to do this then the cost will need to be shared among members who are able to donate. No amount was discussed at this time.

Practices

It was a long discussion about the pro/cons of practices. A lot of suggestions were brought up. If we are not going to get the attendance for the events/practices, then we need to have allied steel wars and more wars and pk events.

It was suggested that maybe WG could host/suggest a world wide Steel war on a set date on RSC and Tip It. It would be a massive killing day. Who can't afford some steel and why would the crashers want to be bothered with only steel kills. Might be interesting.

There is an upcoming big war for all the world of rs verses THE/TS and with their entire list of ever members. It was thought to have 500 to 600 of them as ops.

More Staff

We had a discussion about upcoming staff positions and the possibility that we may need more raid leaders and council as well. We talked about Bam and what a great job he did when he was an apps manager. The EL position is coming up soon.

Darth was hailed as the great council member of WG at the present time and we all love and thank him for all his hard work. He has the weight of the clan on his shoulders and has been doing an amazing job.

Thank you Kyle!!!

Anyone that has anything to add to this meeting please post below. If you have read it just let us know what you think. Thanks for reading.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.
