Maybe have teams for each skill, 3 people per skill or something. And then that teams xp can be totaled up to go against TDMs specific skill team. Or it could just be who gets the most overall xp wins type of deal. -------------------- |

This way, everyone gets a choice as to which skill to do, and then you also know who's putting in the effort. If there are too many people, allow two people per skill, only if there is already someone doing each skill. --------------------   |

If we have many different skills we will just be replicating the Skills Olympics which isn't ideal, as I would guess we want to keep that 'special'. Just focus on one skill. If we choose only one skill it might also forge our relationships, they show us how to skill, we teach them also something etc. --------------------  |
