Been talking with the event leader of TDM. He proposed a week long skill event of some kind. A competition against each other. What do you think? Please take the poll and briefly explain why. This is also a good opportunity to express what kind of events you would like. Any event.

The details have not yet been worked out on how the event may happen if it does. This is a good time to express your ideas.

I'd like to see something where we can choose a few skills to do, and then the winners chosen by looking at who got the most xp.

Maybe have teams for each skill, 3 people per skill or something. And then that teams xp can be totaled up to go against TDMs specific skill team.

Or it could just be who gets the most overall xp wins type of deal.

Focus on various skills, but assign one person to each skill.

This way, everyone gets a choice as to which skill to do, and then you also know who's putting in the effort.

If there are too many people, allow two people per skill, only if there is already someone doing each skill.

I would suggest focus on one skill for a week. If we have many different skills we will just be replicating the Skills Olympics which isn't ideal, as I would guess we want to keep that 'special'.

SoTW with TDM competeing in it as well (effectively) would bring a whole new element to it, with competiton both within WG and between the two clans.

Lets skill together with monkeighs hash.png
It might be chaotic if everyone train his own skill. Just focus on one skill. If we choose only one skill it might also forge our relationships, they show us how to skill, we teach them also something etc.

Focus on one because multiple skill divide your time and increase the chance for a fail.

Focus on one because it isn't summer time, so multiple skills would not be as productive.

Seems we are all sorta leaning toward one skill... I'll leave the voting up a little longer. Haven't heard anything from tertiary/council on this. Thanks for everyone that voted and gave input here.

I voted for one skill. I like the skill Olympics to be special for us.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

is the day you have stopped leading them.
They have either lost confidence that you can help them
or concluded that you do not care.
Either case is a failure of leadership.”
