Help with Warring/PKing

I went to the P2P PK trip tonight and I realized after about 20 minutes that I have no idea what I'm doing. I've read guides as well as watching PK videos but tbh I suck at it.

I was wondering if someone could take a day or 2 (whenever you are free) to just teach me the stuff I need to know.

I'm never attended a F2P or P2P war (CW or PvP)

The last time I went PKing was in 2005 or 2004

I've never killed anyone inside the wilderness hashdown.gif.png

^ I've read the guide and I'm watching the video right now.

But is there someway where I could practice tanking, sniping and hugging with people on me without it being an actual war? Like a practice war or summit?

Oh thats right! I thought they attacked you, then moved onto me before killing you.

So far I'm at 0 kills, 0 assists, 3 deaths hashdown.gif.png

But I'm guessing I'll get better eventually after a couple more trips.

When I'm on the same time as you, I will be sure to get a few people together to go to CWA and we can play around a bit. Everyone needs practice so don't get upset over it.

One thing you can try and that has helped me is going to W141 CWA and joining a cc team there for f2p practice, it helped me become a more confident binder etc.

I tried it out the other night and it helps alot

it just takes a while to find an actual team where these tactics help. a lot of times you just get 1v1 fights which is pointless

Not to sound like a complete douche, but why don't we have systems in place to make sure members know this stuff before joining?

I think that's what the trial system is for.

It's the Graduation system that needs re-working.

Hmm, when I joined Joe told me that the clan would probably teach you what you needed to know. If I was supposed to know how to do this stuff before I joined I would not likely have applied. I am still learning how to do this stuff--of course maxed combat helps but no, not all of us know how to do this stuff.
