Recruitment Team

Kyle told us about the Recruitment Team. You need to apply for a position. We currently have Chimpy going to be in charge of TipIt and Randy will be overseeing Z-bez.

We noted that we have not had any Goodbyes for a while. (Then one posted.)

Forum Challenge

The last Tip-It Challenge has lost interest with little sign ups. We will be doing different forums to keep it a bit more interesting to everyone.

Raids

Lee told us that his last quick prep of 15 minutes had 14 people. This is a good turnout for quick prep. Some of our other raids have been going good as well.

Lee supports Chimpy's idea of warn levels for skipping raids. We will be having a big raid or pkri every 3 weeks now. We discussed how mega raids fail.

Lee will be updating our gear lists.

Elections

After Event Leaders are closed then a council position will be open to apply.

Pod Cast

The cost of the Pod Cast can be kept lower by using the things we already have. The mics will have to be of high quality. Lee volunteered to be a co host for this.

Thank you Garrett and Dallar.

Either case is a failure of leadership.”

I support the recruitment teams. I'd like to help out with the Zybez group but I'd like to wait and see if I'll get other things to focus on WG-wise..

Raids.. yeah. I believe it's alright to warn people for not posting valid reasons. Basically we all signed up for warring and if people refuses to go WG shouldn't be their place to be. Support from me aswell.

I fully support the suggestion about changing forums for the posting challenge. It's much more fun to post in different areas. It also expands our reputation. Also I like the idea of getting more attendance points if you hit the double amount of posts.. It's more motivational.

I'll be looking forward to see who wins the future elections. The Council position sounds interesting and it'll be fun to see who deserved it the most. smile.gif

+ I'd like to suggest that we get a unique rank for the Member of the month. There's nothing special in winning something you can't show you're proud of.. Dunno if you agree but it could be nice.

No conclusion was made on the anniversary things. Gene will have to make that decision and let us know if we are going to hold it during the correct week or host our events upon his return.

Dallar ~ the member of the month gets a banner to add to their signature. They are very nice to have and can be put up at any time cause it tells the month/year you received it in.
