Well, late last night I was training agility, 15k away from that level 70 milestone when I had to switch worlds because revenants decided to crash the party.

Well, when I tried logging back in, my password was invalid. Huh? blankstare.gif

Anyway, I submitted an account recovery form and JaGeX denied it, twice. I no longer have a RS account to play on.mad.gif

I am the original owner of my account and have never given my password to anyone, so I have NO IDEA how someone could possibly steal my own account from me.

I tried both forgotten password and stolen account, neither worked.

The main problem is that I never reregistered an email. I used the same email I originally used for a new account I created before getting this one back, so that eliminates a bunch of options.

As far as i know the best thing for recovering an account is supplying recoveries and if you have it your world pay number its the billing number which is issues for membership done by credit card. Maybe you could try prove it by requesting they do an IP check ? Make sure you try to fill out everything you can and provide any information which may help and best of luck.

I've had to recover my account in the past. Supply Jagex with as much information as possible in the comments section. Include the following:
Your ISP at the time you created your account.
As close as you can possibly remember to the date you created your account.
Every password you've ever used.
Any other ISP you've used to log in with, including dates.
Answers to any recovery questions you've used in the past.
Past bank PINs.
Details of any membership payment methods used.

Also supply them with a contact telephone number and ask them to call you, because you're running out of space and can provide any information they ask for.

Good luck.

Challenge any creationist to a debate.
They'll run away and aggressively accuse you of "attacking" them and their "beliefs".
I'm sorry, please, keep teaching our kids that they'll burn in hell if they don't believe. Mutilate their genitals against their will while you're at it. Keep influencing politics and holding back vital scientific research.
I'll just keep my mouth shut to "respect" your "beliefs".

I don't remember any of the info at the time I created my account though, that's the problem. I didn't think about bank pins though, thanks.
