I knew as soon as I started raging, that this is what would happen. Its funny really, 1/3 of WG have no care when they read this post. Alot of you actually hate me, and think im one of the worst raid leaders in WG's history. Well that makes me laugh. It really does. Well you have gotten what you wished. Im stepping down. I dont want the rank back, for when I get it. I thought I would post this here as more people are likely to read it and understand my reasons. If you think you can do a better job, then meh, feel free. You members, well what can I say. All the staff do, is try. Simple as, yet hardly any of you can be bothered anymore. Its disgusting. If you dont want WG to suceed. Leave. Simple. WG does not want your lazyness anymore. If you dont want to make an effort. Then jog the fuck on. I personally dont think im capable. My rage the other night, was the end of the straw for me. I had my own line, and I crossed it. I've never been soooo angry, in my entire life. I actually bust my own hand punching the wall, trying to chill out. Some of you are going to be like 'oh hes leaving because he lost his rank'. Well thats your opinion. But your wrong. Im not leaving, I just dont want the rank. I'll still step up in raids and wars and stuff if im needed. But yea, cool. George - Im sorry. Im sorry I publically called you out like that. But if its made you active, then im glad I did it. I shouldnt have caused you humilation like that. Keanu - flame bait me in the lobby again son. I dare you. I suppose what I can take away from that is that I shouldn't make Gene resign and almost kill WG itself. We may not always be on the best of terms but I have recognised and acknowledged the work and effort you've done for WG, or what's there to be recognised anyway. One thing I truly respect from others is the ability to stand up for what they believe in and back themselves all the way till the end... and maybe I don't agree with everyone else's methods of criticism and getting things done, but the people who take the risk to change what they believe should be changed are far better than the ones who stand back and no nothing. I wish you all the best in WG, RS and real life. You were probably one of the least defensive persons that I have seen as a staff member, telling fellow staff members when they slack and such. Lee was the only one who put the issue "out there" and directly addressing it with both members and council alike. The result? He is instantly flamed by many people and is demoted. Lee, just stick with it and people will realize that you are an invaluable part of this clan.
